The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong items).

Exchanges can only be made for items available on our website.

Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are final and cannot be exchanged.

We do not offer refunds at this time.
